How do I know which plan works for me?

What is VAT (Value Added Tax)?
VAT is a consumption tax paid on all goods and services provided in or imported into Nigeria. It is calculated at a flat rate of 7.5% on all goods and services. Our published internet prices already include VAT. ekoCloud prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added to your invoice.
How can I pay for Ekovolt services?
You can make payments using My Volt online, by cheque made out to “Ekovolt Telco Limited”, or by bank transfer to Access Bank A/C 0063544759 or GTBank A/C 0170576353.
How do I renew my plan?
To renew your plan, all you need to do is make payment on or before the due date.
How do I switch my plan?
To switch plans, kindly send an email to [email protected] and our sales team will attend to your request.
How long does my subscription last?
Each subscription runs for 30 days.
